We loved staying at this lodge! The hotel facilities were great and the location was perfect for our needs. It was in walking distance to the slopes, very convenient for us to go snowboarding every day. We also enjoyed being in a nice neighborhood with several excellent Japanese restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, offering transportation to other ski areas and making sure we had everything we needed. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was really good and the breakfast options were delicious.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

Lovely Boutique Hotel with Friendly Staff and Convenient Location Stayed at a lovely boutique hotel during my business trip and loved the warm, cosy lounge/bar area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrific open fire place. the staff were friendly, helpful, approachable, and very knowledgeable about the local area and the hotel facilities. the hotel offered breakfast with a choice of delicious and fresh food options, and the free laundry with washing machine, dryer, and hanging space was very handy.
Some Inconvenient Location Aspects the biggest disadvantage of the hotel was the location, which is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of the local area, making it difficult to get to other areas without transportation. the hotel also lacked local menu choices, which was made up for by other menu options in the area, but it would have been nice to have more variety at the hotel.

Our romantic escape was great! The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to explore the surrounding area with ease. The staff was friendly and efficient, always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. We really appreciated the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel, especially after a long day out in the cold. The onsen was a great touch and perfect for relaxing in after a day on the slopes.
Although the hotel was generally very clean, we did notice a few areas that could have used a little extra attention. The breakfast could have offered a bit more variety, as it seemed to be the same every day. Additionally, the wifi was a little spotty at times, which made it difficult to plan our daily activities.
